Terms of Use
What you may and may not do with the content on sheenkit.com, who owns it, and how to file a copyright complaint. This sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, which cover the wider agreement.

Ownership
All original content on Sheen Kit — the written guides, comparisons, specification summaries, confidence tiers, page structure, design, layout and graphics — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Product names, model numbers, brand names, logos and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification, reference and commentary. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
What you may do
- Read, browse and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Print or save a page for your own reference.
- Quote a short extract for commentary, criticism or news reporting, with clear attribution to Sheen Kit and a link to the original page.
- Link to any page on this site. Deep links are welcome and no permission is required.
Prohibited uses
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce or republish our content, in whole or in substantial part, on any other website, application, feed, print publication or platform.
- Use our content commercially — including reselling it, packaging it into a product, or using it to generate content for a competing site.
- Scrape or harvest the site using crawlers, bots, scripts or any automated access method, or mirror the site in whole or in part.
- Use the content to train machine learning or generative models, or to build any dataset for that purpose.
- Frame, embed or hotlink our pages or assets in a way that presents them as your own or masks their source.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, attribution, affiliate disclosure or safety warning.
- Interfere with the site — attempt unauthorised access, probe or test its security, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on the servers.
- Use the site unlawfully, or in any way that infringes another person’s rights.
Removing a safety warning while republishing a guide is treated as a serious breach. Our content is written about needles, solvents and healing wounds, and stripping the caveats from it can cause real harm.
Your submissions
If you send us a comment, correction, suggestion or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt it in connection with the site. You confirm the material is yours to send and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We do not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, and we are not obliged to use, credit or return them.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property and expect the same in return. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@sheenkit.com including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on sheenkit.com where the material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where the complaint is substantiated. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. Please be aware that knowingly submitting a false claim may expose you to liability.
Enforcement and governing law
We may block access, issue takedown requests, and pursue any remedy available to us where these terms are breached. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and are subject to the same jurisdiction, liability limits and disclaimers set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Permission requests and licensing enquiries go to legal@sheenkit.com. Everything else goes to hello@sheenkit.com.
