Corrections first.

If we published a specification wrong, we want to know before anyone else does. Corrections go to the top of the queue. Everything else is welcome too.

Where to write

Sheen Kit is run by email. There is no phone line and no live chat, which means every message reaches a person who can actually act on it.

General, editorial and corrections: hello@sheenkit.com
Legal, copyright and DMCA: legal@sheenkit.com

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Corrections are usually answered the same day. If you have not heard back within a week, resend — occasionally a message is caught by a spam filter on one side or the other.

What to write about

Corrections and feedback

A wrong needle gauge, an out-of-date compatibility claim, a discontinued model still listed as current, a manual we misread. Send the page URL and the specific line, and a source if you have one. We correct on the page rather than quietly deleting, and we do not argue with documentation.

Product suggestions

If a machine, device, adhesive or aftercare product should be in a guide and is not, tell us which guide and why. Manufacturers and distributors are welcome to send specification sheets, manuals and regulatory documentation. Please note that sending documentation is not a purchase of coverage, and we do not accept physical product samples — we have no use for them, because we do not test.

Partnerships and sponsorship

We will read any proposal. We do not sell placement in guides, positions in rankings, favourable copy, or links inside editorial content, and no commercial arrangement changes what a page says. If your proposal depends on any of those, it will save us both time to say so up front.

Guest contributions

We occasionally work with practitioners, apprentices and technicians who know a discipline properly. Pitch the specific question you would answer and the documentation you would work from. We do not publish unsolicited finished drafts, and we do not accept paid guest posts of any kind.

What we cannot help with

  • Medical questions. We are not clinicians and cannot assess a reaction, an infection, a healing wound or a skin condition by email.
  • Personal procedure coaching. We cannot advise on a specific tattoo you are planning, a scalp you are treating, or an extension install on a particular head of hair.
  • Warranty, returns and faults. These belong to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from. We are not a seller and cannot process any order.
  • Bulk link requests. Unsolicited link-building outreach is deleted unread.

If something on your body is going wrong right now — spreading redness, heat, swelling, discharge, or pain that is getting worse rather than better — do not email a website. Contact a qualified clinician or your local emergency service.

Your information

When you email us we receive your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of corrections, and we do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list. See our Privacy Policy for how contact correspondence is handled and retained.
